Day 1: Transfer to Lataguri & Jungle Safari at Gorumara

Upon arrival at NJP or Bagdogra Airport, our representative will welcome you. From there, you’ll be transferred to Lataguri, a scenic village near Gorumara National Park, known for its lush tropical forests, hill streams, and serene environment. After a comfortable drive of approximately 2 hours, you can have lunch at the resort or on the way. Once you check into the resort and freshen up, get ready for a thrilling Jungle Safari at Gorumara. This safari takes you deep into the forest, where you can spot various wildlife species, including elephants, rhinos, and more. Please note that the safari is subject to ticket availability. After the safari, relax at the resort and enjoy the mesmerizing sunset, accompanied by the soothing sounds of nature. Enjoy a delicious dinner before retiring for the night at the resort.

Day 2: Sightseeing at Jhandi & Lava

Today, you’ll embark on an exciting sightseeing tour to Jhandi and Lava. Jhandi, perched at an altitude of 6200 feet, offers panoramic views of the Kanchenjunga range and the Mahananda River valley. After about 3 hours of travel covering 105 km, you’ll arrive at this peaceful village. Visit Jhandi Dara Viewpoint for breathtaking vistas and explore the lush Samabeong Tea Estate. Proceed to Lava, a charming hamlet 9 km from Jhandi, known for its proximity to Neora Valley National Park. The journey to Lava takes you through a scenic route with beautiful tea gardens and semi-tropical forests. In Lava, visit the Lava Monastery and the Nature Interpretation Centre. Return to the resort in Lataguri in the evening and unwind as you enjoy another spectacular sunset. End the day with a delicious dinner and a relaxing overnight stay at the resort.

Day 3: Sightseeing at Jaldapara & South Khayerbari

Today, explore Jaldapara National Park and South Khayerbari. Jaldapara is home to a diverse range of wildlife, including the Asiatic One-Horned Rhinoceros. After covering an 80 km drive, immerse yourself in the park’s rich flora and fauna. Birdwatching is also a highlight here, as Jaldapara hosts species such as Hornbills, Woodpeckers, Cuckoos, and more. Next, visit South Khayerbari, just 5 km from Jaldapara, where you can tour the South Khayerbari Leopard Rescue Centre, which houses rescued wild animals like tigers and leopards in a semi-natural habitat. After an enriching day, return to your resort in Lataguri to relax. The evening is free for leisure, and you’ll have another delightful dinner followed by an overnight stay at Lataguri.

Day 4: Sightseeing at Jhallong, Bindu, Samsing, Suntalekhola, Murti

On Day 4, you’ll set off for a full-day sightseeing tour of Jhallong, Bindu, Samsing, Suntalekhola, and Murti. Begin with Samsing, a picturesque village on the banks of the Murti River. Stroll through the beautiful tea gardens before moving on to Suntalekhola, the gateway to Neora Valley National Park. Next, visit Jhallong, near the Indo-Bhutan border, where you can witness the Hydro Electricity Project on the Jaldhaka River. Proceed to Bindu, famous for its stunning cardamom plantations and pristine natural beauty. On your way back, visit Murti to enjoy the views of the Murti River. After a day filled with natural beauty, return to your resort in Lataguri for a relaxing evening and overnight stay.

Day 5: Transfer to NJP/Bagdogra

On the final day of your Dooars adventure, check out from the resort and begin your journey back to NJP or Bagdogra. On the way, stop at the Coronation Bridge, one of the most scenic spots, where you can capture beautiful photographs of the Teesta River flowing beneath. Finally, continue to your departure point, where your unforgettable tour of Lataguri and Gorumara comes to an end.

The cancellation before 30 days will lead to 50% of the total amount cancellation.
The cancellation after 30 days will lead to 100% of the Total amount cancellation.
Since we are inter-dependent with the Hotels so above cancellation charges might vary with few Hotel’s Cancellation charges.

Lean Season: January, February, June, July, August, and December

The Cancellation before 30 days will lead to Zero cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation after 30 days but before 15 days will lead to 25% cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation after 15 days to 7 Days will lead to 50% cancellation of the total amount.
The cancellation 7 Days will lead to 100% cancellation of the total amount.
Since we are inter-dependent with the Hotels so above cancellation charges might vary with few Hotel’s Cancellation charges.

Refund Policy:

In case if eligible for any refund occurring due to cancellation or any other reasons, the same will be processed within 7-14 working/ business days in the mode deemed suitable or appropriate at the discretion of both the parties.

Postponement Policy:

Postponement of the tour will be allowed once and will be Valid for 6 Months.
If the trip is postponed and not cancelled, there will not be any refund under any circumstances irrespective of any reason/cause after postponement of the trip.
This rescheduling is allowed only once, hence choose your new dates wisely and inform us at least 30 Days in advance from your new dates. Further, reschedules may or may not have some additional charges and that will be communicated in real-time. Execution of the rescheduled trip will depend upon the availability of all the inclusions as per the original itinerary. We advise you to discuss well in advance before making any flight or train booking.
The inclusions as per the original itinerary may or may not remain same, all depends upon the availability at the time of rescheduled dates.
The total package cost may or may not change at the time of rescheduled dates. The increase or decrease in the prices will depend upon the current prices of all the inclusions at the time of new booking.
Any force majeure situation, addition/amendment in the package may or may not attract additional charges, the additional charges shall be borne by the traveler.
Payment Schedule will be at AD Tours & Travels discretion and has the right to forfeit the payment for not receiving payment on time.
Change of Destination is not allowed under any circumstances. Still the final decision will be taken on the basis of situation.

Booking policy:

For booking this package, you need to provide verbal consent on the acceptance of the offered package including all the inclusions and exclusions as mentioned in the quote. Such acceptance will be received on the quote as a whole including each and every minute details as a part of it.
On the receipt of the same, the concerned trip advisor in contact with you will raise the invoice specifying the number of installments, installment amount and their due dates as agreed.
On the receipt of the 1st installment, the booking will stand confirmed untill and unless any changes are made thereafter.
The Visa/Permit, hotel and flight bookings will be thereafter initiated and the vouchers for the respective services will be updated for you within 3-4 working/ business days. Though the cab details will be updated 1-2 days piror before the trip.

Payment Policy:

The payment will be received as per the agreed number of installments, amount and due dates.
On non-receipt of the payment of the 1st installment as scheduled until and unless any prior notice, the booking remains unconfirmed. In such cases, no booking procedures will be initiated at our end.
Special Notice has to be put forth in a proper manner in case of any delays in making the payment of any installment so that a next due date can be planned for you.
