Complete Booking Process

Once you contact us, we will assign a dedicated travel consultant to handle your requirements and bookings. The process begins with discussing your tour requirements and further as follow:

Tour dates: You planned tour dates – Arrival and departure dates
Number of Travelers: Total number of planned travelers, relations with each other, age and if any underlaying health condition for better understanding and to create customized plannings

Customization: Our Travel consultant will connect with you via email and WhatsApp to discuss and customize your itinerary based on your interests, preferred activities, duration of stay, and budget.
Inclusions & Exclusion: Understand what you want to include and excludes in the tour package such as accommodation, meals, transportation, flight/train tickets, guided tours, SDF, Visa Fee, permits, and visa arrangements.

Review and Revert: On receiving the complete tour package you can review and can still ask for further changes like days wise plan/sightseeing’s point/Hotels/Cab/inclusion and exclusion.
Final Tour Package: Once all the changes and customization are done our team will share you the final package and wait for the final confirmation.
Confirmation: On receiving the final confirmation our team will explain how to make the payments and several payments option available with us. After that they will share the payment invoice and bank details.
Payments & Voucher: After receiving the Payments, your tour will be secured with us and our reservation team will make all the reservation. In case of un-availability of the Hotels/cab/guide they will immediately call to update and share an option and resolution to keep you informed and avoid last minute issues.
Documents: Team will ensure you have all necessary travel documents including your passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond your intended stay), visa clearance letter, and any additional permits required for specific activities or regions.
Health Precautions: Consider any vaccinations or health precautions recommended for travel to Bhutan.
Final Call: Our team will give you a final call a week before your trip and update all the checklist and any important updates about your trip for your trip and 3 days prior to your tour shares a confirmed Hotel voucher, Operational team contact, guide and driver details.
